These terms govern the photography and film services provided by Alexander Wayne Photography & Films ("we," "us") to clients ("you"). By booking, you agree to them.
A signed agreement and a non-refundable retainer reserve your date. The balance is due on or before the schedule set out in your agreement. Dates are held only once the retainer is received.
We will provide the coverage described in your collection. While we bring backup equipment and take every reasonable precaution, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including venue restrictions, weather, or guest conduct.
Edited photographs and films are delivered through a private online gallery within the timeframe stated in your agreement. Galleries remain available as described in your collection and may transition to a hosting subscription after the period stated at the time of booking.
We retain copyright in all images and films. You receive a personal-use license to view, print, and share your gallery. We may use selected work to promote the studio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Requests to reschedule are accommodated subject to availability. Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.
